植物学是生物学大类专业的一门基础课，包括形态解剖、孢子植物分类、种子植物分类三部分组成。目标，一是从植物细胞、组织、器官的水平学习、认识植物的形态特征以及生理功能，掌握营养器官和繁殖器官形态解剖的基本知识、技能和技巧，二是熟悉分类学的原则、原理，掌握植物界各大类群、主要科属的形态特征，及其亲缘关系和系统发育的规律；三是学习野外识别和鉴定植物的方法，学会使用工具书。为后续的植物生态学、植物资源学、分子系统学等课程打下良好基础。本课程的总学时数为144学时，包括理论课和实验课各72学时。野外实习1周。要求从系统学、区系地理学、生态学、资源学等不同角度，认识一定数量的植物。

Botany is a basic course for students of biology specialty, including three parts, i.e. morphological anatomy, spore plant taxonomy, classification of seed plants. First, Target is learning and understanding plant morphological characteristics and physiological functions from the level of the plant cell, tissue, organ, and mastering the anatomy of vegetative organs and reproductive organs form basic knowledge, skills and techniques; second, could be familiar with the principles of taxonomy, principle, and grasp the major families and genera of plant kingdom, main morphological characteristics, and its genetic relationship and the law of the system development; Third, studying the field recognition and identification of plant method, learn how to use reference books. For subsequent course plant ecology, plant resources, such as molecular systematic lay the foundation.The total period of the Curriculum is 144, including theoretics lessons and experiment lessons 72 each. Field practice is one week, and finally students are requested to recognize a quantity of plants.
